One-On-One Training

Over the years many patients have requested personal one-on-one training time with me so they can learn and assimilate a set of exercises that are customized to their specific needs.

I now offer this service to patients who are interested. I find that this kind of training empowers patients to work out at the gym or at home confident that what they’re doing is safe and is based on their specific needs and goals.
